Every year, Gamma Phi Beta participates in the UGA Fall Panhellenic Recruitment. This is nearly a weeklong process that our sorority begins preparing for a year in advance. It is one of the most fun and exhilarating weeks of the entire year. It is a chance for our sorority to welcome an exciting, new pledge class. When is Recruitment? Recruitment 2012 will begin on August 7th with Recruitment Orientation and end on August 13th with Bid Day. Here are some important dates for Recruitment 2011:
Wednesday, August 1: Chapter workshops may begin
Tuesday, August 7: Potential New Members move in; Recruitment Orientation
Wednesday, August 8: Round One (Open House)
Thursday, August 9: Round One (Open House)
Friday, August 10: Round Two (House Tours)
Saturday, August 11: Round Three (Philanthropy)
Sunday, August 12: Preferential Round
Monday, August 13: First day of UGA class; New Member Bid Day
